BULK ORDERS / WHOLESALE

Please note that Ouroboros Herbals does not ship via 3rd party shipping companies. All domestic and international shipping estimates will include reputable shipping companies. The estimate is uniquely based on the order's weight, cubic measurements, and the delivery destination provided. If changes are made after your order is submitted, Ouroboros Herbals will provide you with a new shipping estimate.

All shipping estimates are NON-BINDING and may be subject to additional verification and service charges needed at the time of shipment.  The actual total charges will be determined at the time of shipment

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Items ordered will generally ship within 3 days. If you have made a custom order, it might take a bit longer. Once your package has shipped, we have no control over the speed of delivery, lost or damaged products. If shipping during holiday season, please take into consideration slower shipping times. All packages come with a tracking number for your convenience. Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been scheduled for shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your junk mail folder and email us at info[at]ouroborosherbals.com. All orders are non-refundable (with the exception of *undeliverable orders -see below). In the event that you are not happy with your product, please contact us immediately and we can work something out.

*Undeliverable orders that are returned to sender (Ouroboros Herbals) will be cancelled and refunded less the cost of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Generally, orders will arrive within two to four weeks, but can take longer. Once your package has shipped, we have no control over the speed of delivery, lost or damaged products. CUSTOMS
Ouroboros Herbals does not pay any customs duties/taxes or fee's. Customs duties/taxes and/or fees may vary and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We accept no responsibility for these.
If you refuse to pay these fees you are also refusing your parcel. If this happens, the shipping provider may destroy your parcel. We cannot be held accountable for any packages destroyed by shipping carriers and your order will not be refunded. If you contact the shipping carrier and refuse your parcel, they might let us know this.

If we do have your parcel sent back to us instead of being destroyed, we unfortunately must charge you for the shipping costs we are charged to have your parcel sent back, along with any duties and taxes charged on that parcel. This can cost upwards of $60, but it will depend on the weight of your parcel and duties fees. We won't know how much this will cost until it is shipped back to us.

It is the buyers responsibility to know what can and cannot be imported into their country. We suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. If an order gets pulled by customs due to restricted/prohibited products, incorrect customs labeling, insufficient labeling or any other compliance issue, Ouroboros Herbals will not be able to assist you in recovering/releasing your order. All detailed product information like country of origin, manufacturer name and address, packaging details including images and further compliance details are not provided by Ouroboros Herbals. This information must be provided to your customs department at your discretion and is solely your responsibility. 

For larger orders especially, we suggest you contact us before you place an order as we can accommodate your needs while you are preparing your own shipping and customs compliance information. 

Notice: International items will include the following description, "Bath & Body Products". We cannot mark items as "gifts" in order to alter the cost of goods.
